These terms govern your use of Menuify. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Menuify lets you create a multilingual digital menu and publish it on your own subdomain. We provide the platform “as is” and work to keep it available and secure.
Your account
You are responsible for your account, the accuracy of the menu content you publish, and keeping your credentials secure. You must be authorized to represent the business you register.
Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free trials convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before they end. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Menuify for unlawful, misleading, or harmful content, don’t infringe others’ rights, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.
Content & ownership
You keep ownership of your menu content and grant us the rights needed to host and display it. Menuify and its software remain our property.
Liability & changes
To the extent permitted by law, Menuify is not liable for indirect or incidental damages. We may update these terms; material changes will be announced, and continued use means acceptance.
